Yoga
Tonight’s yoga wasnt the greatest.. My shoulder (which I hurt after playing 6 ringette/hockey games in 6 days) bothered me enough to throw off my concentration, my breathing was off, and my arms felt terribly heavy!!
Hopefully tomorrow will work out better!!

I’m pretty sure that I pinched a nerve earlier in the month.. But last night inflamed it worse than ever! Had the worst sleep! It still hurts! I need a robacksaset and a hot water bottle STAT! Who’s giving me a massage?

Tonight
Just ate the biggest, tastiest steak! Was so delicious! Haven’t had a steak in probably half a year!
Should be all proteined up now for my big game tonight!!
My weekend consisted of:
Thursday morning: drive down to Minneapolis
Thursday night: Winnipeg Jets vs Minnesota Wild (jets won - whoop whoop)
Friday day: marathon day of shopping at the mall!! (Broke down and bought some bigger jeans… They make me look smaller than the small ones day)
Friday night: went to a small sports bar in minni and convinced the bartender to change the tv channel...

Goal for Tomorrow!
Wake up at 7am… go the gym for a 45 minute cardio session.
Work from 10am-3pm.
Class from 3pm-8:30pm.
Hot Yoga from 9pm-10pm.
Please wish me luck on my endeavor… as much as I’ve been saying I will try to get my workouts in lately, I have been failing… so I will need a whole lot of willpower tomorrow to get myself out of this little rut!!

Clean Eating
I have had such a fantastic week of clean eating!! Only one cheat in 6 days (I had a cookie last night)… So proud!!!
Hope that everyone else had such a strong week!
I even tried a new clean recipe… Pumpkin Protein Muffins (with vanilla whey protein)
They got huge and fluffy, only 120 calories, 21g carbohydrates, and 9g protein! A little on the dry side… But I think next...

Day One Tomorrow!
Tomorrow I do a total body analysis prior to starting off my diet series! It won’t be pretty… I’m above 160 at the moment! My buddy Chris is starting with my too! I’m aiming for a solid 30 days without cheats… It’ll be tough but my downward spiral ends hear!!
